Outopia Outside China

If you live outside China and would like to place an order, please choose your region and language from Outopia.com. You can select your region of origin by scrolling to the bottom of the homepage and clicking the flag icon in the right corner.

You can also use our Store Locator to find an Outopia store or dealer in your area. Local Outopia dealers will work with you to deliver the products you want. However, stock is limited to seasonal and regional assortment, and they may not have your desired styles.

Currently, we do not ship to all locales from our Chinese Distribution Center. If your locale is not listed below, we are unable to ship to you at this time. The following regions can order directly from China. If your region is on an exception list below, click the link to visit your home site and place an order.

North America & Caribbean | $40

Mexico; Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Martinique.  Exception: Canada

Asia Pacific & Oceania | $50 

India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam; Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Papua New Guinea.  Exceptions: China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan; Australia, New Zealand

Europe, Middle East, Africa | $75 

Bosnia & Herzegovina; Azerbaijan, Israel, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Turkey, United Arab Emirates; Kenya, Morocco, Reunion, Seychelles, South Africa.  Exception: Europe

Central & South America | $75 

Costa Rica; Colombia, Uruguay.  Exceptions: Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Peru 

Payment Information  

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment. Outopia will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank. 

Shipping Note

For all orders placed on our China website for delivery to the international locations above, your order will be shipped using UPS Worldwide Expedited from: < SHIPPING ADDRESS >. The shipping cost varies with each destination. Outopia does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances. 

 

Backorders 

If your International Order contains a back-ordered item, your shipment will be held until all items are in stock. This may delay your order by several weeks or longer depending on the back-order date. Back-order dates are not guaranteed and may shift after your order is placed. To avoid delays, we recommend selecting alternate colors/styles that are in stock or placing separate orders. Shipping fees, duties and taxes will apply to each order.  

 

Duties, Taxes and Other Fees  

Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Outopia will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

The quickest way to process a return or exchange is to take it into your local Outopia store or return it to the original dealer where you purchased it. You are also able to return items to our China Distribution Center. To get started, visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the process. Please include your items along with your packing slip, and receipt or proof of purchase if available. 

 

Please note: All international returns/exchanges must be sent back via Postal Service only. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties and taxes.
